Privacy policy

Immigration status is sensitive. Here is everything this site collects, which is deliberately little.

What we collect

• Alert sign-ups: if you sign up for email alerts, we store your email address and the form/category/office you're tracking so we can notify you when fresh USCIS numbers are published.
• Contact form: if you're a law firm or business reaching out about API or embeddable-chart access, we store the name, organization, email, interest, and message you submit so a human can follow up. Never any case details.
• Cookies: a session cookie keeps you signed in after an alert sign-in, and a security cookie prevents cross-site form submission. Neither is used to track you across other sites, and we set no advertising or analytics cookies.
• In your browser only: your last-viewed form and office selection is saved in your browser's local storage so the site opens where you left off. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.

What we don't do

• No advertising or analytics trackers.
• No case numbers, immigration status, or other personal case details are requested or stored.
• All charts show aggregate statistics published by USCIS — nothing on this site is derived from individual users' data.

This policy covers the site as it works today. If accounts or other features that collect personal information are added in the future, this page will be updated to describe them before they launch.
